Refund Policy
Returns
You have 5 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Photos of the items are required prior to initiating a return.
Returns are only accepted if Fruit Purees Miami sent an incorrect fruit puree flavor. In such cases, Fruit Purees Miami will schedule a pickup at no cost to you and promptly send the correct flavor free of charge.
An order number is required to process your return. For returns exceeding $2,000, a 3% fee will be deducted by the merchant processor.
Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after reviewing your situation. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Upon receiving your order, please ensure it is complete and that all boxes or drums are intact, with no swollen or leaking bags. If you encounter any issues, notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund, if applicable.
Claims must be filed within 5 days of receiving your order. To file a claim, email support@fruipureesmiami.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Refund processing may take some time, especially around weekends and holidays. Contact your bank if the refund isn’t posted after checking. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@fruipureesmiami.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
