100% Real Fruit, Ready-to-Use, Fresh and Never Frozen Purees

About Us

Humberto Areas and Daniel Salgado, founders of Fruit Purees Miami.

Fruit Purees Miami was born from over two decades of friendship between Humberto Areas and Daniel Salgado—two longtime friends who share a love for fresh, authentic fruit flavors. In 2019, they turned that passion into a business, launching a premium line of aseptic fruit purees designed with the craft beer and beverage industries in mind.

Daniel, originally from Venezuela, grew up surrounded by the vibrant flavors of passion fruit, mango, and pink guava. Humberto, born in Nicaragua, remembers the sweet and tangy tastes of papaya, soursop, and tangerine from his childhood. Together, they bring those memories and flavors to life through every Fruit Purees Miami product.

Based in Miami, Florida, we’re proud to distribute 100% real fruit purees that are ready to use, shelf-stable, non-GMO, and contain no added sugar. Each puree is flash pasteurized, produced under strict HACCP standards, and our facilities are FDA-inspected to ensure consistent quality and safety.

Our fresh, never frozen purees are crafted for professionals who value flavor and quality—perfect for craft beer, kombucha, seltzer, cider, mead, ice cream, yogurt, gelato, sorbet, and more.

We have the best line of aseptic fruit purees on the market today and we're glad you've found us. So now we want to hear from you. Contact Us and let's collaborate on something great!

Cheers,
Humberto & Daniel
