CBC 2025 Recap: Fruit Purees, New Flavors & Great Connections in Indianapolis
The Craft Brewers Conference 2025 has come and gone—and what a memorable experience it was for the Fruit Purees Miami team. From April 28 to May 1, we joined thousands of brewers, suppliers, and industry leaders at the Indianapolis Convention Center for the nation’s largest gathering of beverage alcohol professionals.
This year marked our fourth consecutive appearance at CBC, and it was our most dynamic showing yet. Here’s a look at some highlights from our time in Indy.
New Flavors Take Center Stage
We kicked off the show with the debut of two new puree offerings: Watermelon and Red Dragonfruit. Both generated major buzz from brewers eager to try something vibrant, fresh, and fun for their seasonal lineups. These new flavors join our lineup of 30+ varieties, and they’re already finding their way into creative beer, kombucha, and seltzer recipes.
Our booth stayed busy all day as brewers sampled products, signed up for our Brewery Wholesale Program, and brainstormed potential collaborations. The energy was high—and we loved every minute of it.
Supporting Breweries in Planning
One of the most exciting trends we noticed this year? The number of breweries in planning that stopped by to learn more about fruit purees. Many were eager to begin recipe development and took us up on our offer for free samples to test out in pilot batches.
Helping new breweries craft their first signature beers is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. We look forward to seeing how these early conversations turn into full-scale collaborations.
Exploring Indy After Hours
Of course, no trip to CBC would be complete without exploring the host city’s local flavor—and Indianapolis delivered. Here are a few highlights:
St. Elmo Steak House: A legendary spot with unforgettable shrimp cocktail and lobster bisque.
Slippery Noodle Inn: Indiana’s oldest bar and a National Historic Landmark—a must-visit.
Guggman Haus Brewery: Our friends at Buck Creek Hops hosted a CBC event here with Phase 3 Brewing, featuring a phenomenal pink guava–passion fruit sour.
Kilroy’s Bar N’ Grill: Great brews, great atmosphere, and the best breadsticks in town.
Burn by Rocky Patel: We capped off CBC with celebratory cigars and reflections on a job well done.
Another Successful Year
Despite a slow start to Day Three, we finished strong—signing more breweries to our wholesale program and sharing our commitment to quality fruit purees with passionate makers from all over the country.
We’re incredibly grateful to the Brewers Association for organizing another successful CBC and to everyone who stopped by our booth. Whether you were a returning partner or a new face—we’re excited for what’s ahead.
We’ll see you next year in Philadelphia for CBC 2026!
