After 20+ years of friendship, Humberto Areas and Daniel Salgado, launch Fruit Purees Miami. A premium line of aseptic fruit purees created for the craft beer industry in mind. 

Daniel, a native of Venezuela, grew up savoring passion fruit, mango and pink guava. Humberto, a native of Nicaragua, grew up feasting on papaya, soursop and tangerine. Fruit Purees Miami is the result of their passion for fresh fruits and their great friendship.

Based in Miami, FL — Fruit Purees Miami is a distributor of premium aseptic fruit purees as an ingredient. 100% real fruit, Ready-to-Use, shelf stable, non-GMO and no added sugar.
